(a GHRH analog paired with a growth hormone secretagogue)
CJC-1295 and ipamorelin are two peptides that prompt the pituitary gland to release growth hormone, each through a different receptor. Growth hormone supports sleep, recovery, and body composition. Research shows its natural release declines steadily from early adulthood, and lower levels have been linked to slower recovery, reduced lean muscle, and poorer sleep.
The pituitary releases growth hormone when two signals line up: GHRH, which tells it to release, and a drop in somatostatin, which normally holds release back. CJC-1295 is a GHRH analog that delivers the first signal. Ipamorelin acts on the ghrelin receptor, which strengthens the pulse and helps ease the somatostatin brake.

What the pairing does in the body over time.

Day 1
The pair triggers a clean pulse of growth hormone from the pituitary, with minimal effect on cortisol or appetite.

30 Days
Deeper sleep and faster recovery between workouts are commonly the first changes noticed.

3 Months
Elevated growth hormone and IGF-1 may support lean muscle and energy.

6 Months
Body composition changes may become visible, alongside improved recovery.

1 Year and Beyond
Ongoing support for natural growth hormone release as part of a long-term protocol.
