The Science
Losing weight quickly often means losing muscle along with fat. This stack pairs a GLP-1 for appetite regulation with sermorelin, which supports the body's own growth hormone release, studied for preserving lean muscle and supporting recovery as calories drop.
Wolverine 1 adds BPC-157 and TB-500, two of the most widely studied recovery peptides, so tendons and soft tissue get support while you keep training.
All three are prescribed together by one provider, shipped together, and adjusted together at check-ins. The 90-day option uses the tirzepatide starter bundle so your dose steps up month by month.

Why People Choose the Shred Stack
The Shred Stack is prescribed as one protocol, with every item reviewed and adjusted together by your provider.
May reduce hunger and food cravings.
May support muscle as weight comes off.
May shorten recovery time between sessions.
Three prescriptions, one order, one provider.
Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
What the stack does in the body over time.

Day 1
The GLP-1 activates its receptors, slowing digestion and signaling fullness to the brain, while the rest of the stack begins its own work.

30 Days
Appetite and food cravings may quiet as your starting dose takes effect.

3 Months
As your dose is adjusted, steady weight loss and healthier blood sugar may follow.

6 Months
Continued appetite regulation supports sustained progress toward your goal.

1 Year and Beyond
Your provider adjusts each item in the stack for maintenance and long-term metabolic health.

Thyroid warning
In animal studies, tirzepatide caused thyroid C-cell tumors. It is not known whether it does so in people. Do not use tirzepatide if you or a family member have had medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2. Tell your provider right away about a lump or swelling in the neck, hoarseness, or trouble swallowing.
Common side effects
From tirzepatide: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain, and reduced appetite, most often when starting or after a dose increase. From the peptides: injection site redness or discomfort, headache, flushing, and fatigue. Tell your provider about any side effect you think is related to this stack.
Serious side effects
From tirzepatide: pancreatitis (severe stomach pain that may spread to the back), gallbladder problems, kidney problems from dehydration, low blood sugar (especially with insulin or sulfonylureas), changes in vision for people with diabetes, and allergic reactions. Stop and contact your care team if any of these occur.
Talk to your provider first
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, if you have a history of pancreatitis, gallstones, or gastroparesis, if you have a history of cancer or thyroid disease, if you have kidney or liver disease, if you take insulin or other diabetes medication, or if you are being treated for a chronic medical condition.
When to stop
Stop and contact your care team if you experience a severe reaction. For a medical emergency, call 911.

Answer a few questions and a licensed provider will tell you whether this is a fit.
